The weekend of Father’s Day, June 20 and 21, we celebrate the very special men in our lives who have guided us with loving care. We wish all the fathers and father figures in our faith community a very happy and blessed Father’s Day, including our spiritual fathers, also known as our parish priests.
Our parish priests dedicate their lives to serving God, the Church, and their parish families. And when a priest may fall seriously ill, it is our duty as Catholics to care for them.
