If you prefer to register in-person, visit us during the week, when our parish office is open: Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until noon.  You may complete a paper form, or one of our staff members will assist you with online registration. 

Please call us at 815-436-2651 with questions regarding the scheduling of any sacraments or receiving a letter of good standing.

Please note: You must be a registered parishioner for SIX months, prior to scheduling a Baptism or receiving a Sponsor/Godparent letter.
