The Reverence for Life Ministry would like to invite each parishioner to do something special. We all pray for our loved ones, friends and members of our family. But now we are asking you to pray for two new persons. The first is someone you don’t know and will never meet. The second person is someone who is not even born yet. The first is a woman who will decide whether or not to choose life. The second is her unborn baby.
If you would like to spiritually adopt an unborn baby, please come to the Commons on March 15 & 16 or March 22 & 23 after Mass and pick a name for your Spiritually Adopted Baby. You will be praying for this mother and child for nine months, from March 25th, the feast of the Annunciation, to December 25th, Christmas Day.
You will not know the mother or baby for whom you are praying, but God knows and loves them both. Your prayers will help this mother realize that the life within her is precious. Just as precious as her own.
