Sunday, April 12
Confessions will commence at 2:00 PM in the church. At 3:00 PM we begin the prayer service with Veneration of the Divine Mercy Image, the Divine Mercy Chaplet, Divine Mercy Way of the Cross, Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary, and Benediction and Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.
Divine Mercy Sunday was initiated by Saint Pope John Paul II in 2000 and is held on the 2nd Sunday of Easter. Jesus promised that those who fittingly observe the Divine Mercy Feast will receive complete forgiveness of sin and all temporal punishment associated with sin.
